An in-depth discovery meeting and brainstorming effort produced a Marketing Action Plan featuring a new branding initiative that included a logo, website, sales collateral, and social media components; a unique direct marketing program that consisted of market research, telemarketing, email marketing and personal follow up to set appointments; and an SEO program to improve website traffic. These programs were implemented over the next 12 months.
Results
Liberty’s exciting new brand now compares favorably with their largest competitors while sending the message that they are more flexible and customer-oriented. The direct marketing program has produced over 40 qualified sales calls and at least 10 prospects that will be excellent long-term customers. They have generated over $75,000 in new business and expect that number to significantly increase as more prospects are converted to clients.
